Disclosures

Last updated: 2026-06-13 ยท Aristogy (beta)

Background & business practices

Aristogy is a software-based investing tool that turns a user's own watchlist into disciplined, backtested buy / sell / hold signals. It is operated by its founder. During this beta the service is free and not yet registered; Aristogy intends to register as an SEC investment adviser (relying on the Internet Adviser Exemption, as advice is delivered exclusively online) before charging.

The nature of the advice

All advice is generated by the algorithm โ€” there is no human discretionary advice. You select every security; the algorithm applies the strategy you choose to those securities. Aristogy never executes trades.

Fiduciary duty

As a registered investment adviser, Aristogy will owe its clients a fiduciary duty of loyalty and care, and will act in clients' best interests. (Finalized at registration.)

Conflicts of interest

The founder personally invests, and may hold positions in the same securities that users track and that the algorithm issues signals on. Because the algorithm is rule-based and identical for every user, and Aristogy does not select which securities a user follows, this is disclosed and managed under our Code of Ethics (including personal-trading reporting). (Counsel to finalize conflict disclosures and mitigation.)

Fees

The beta is free. Subscription pricing will be disclosed here and in the Form ADV brochure before any fee is charged.

Risk

Investing involves risk, including loss of principal. Past performance and hypothetical/backtested results do not guarantee future results. You are responsible for your own decisions and trades.
