1. What we collect

• Account identity: your display name and email (via our authentication provider).
• The investing data you enter: the tickers you track, your chosen strategies and parameters, and any positions or lots you record.
• Basic technical/usage data needed to operate the service.

We practice data minimization — we collect only what the service needs.

2. What we do NOT do

We do not sell your data. We never see or store your brokerage password — any future broker connection is made through a read-only aggregator, not by us holding your credentials. Your data is never shown to other users.

3. How it's protected

Each account's data is isolated from every other account. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and protected at rest, behind access controls and audit logging. (Once Aristogy is a registered adviser, this section states our SEC Regulation S-P safeguarding program.)

4. Service providers

We use third parties to run the service — authentication, hosting, and (once charging) payment processing. They process data only to provide their function. Payment-card data is handled entirely by the payment processor; we never store card numbers.

5. Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. As a registered adviser, certain advisory and communication records must be retained for at least five years under the SEC books-and-records rule.

6. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data, subject to the recordkeeping obligations above.
