Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-06-18 · Aristogy (beta)

Aristogy respects your privacy. This notice explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It is provided under the SEC's Regulation S-P (which implements the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act for investment advisers).

1. Information we collect

We practice data minimization — we collect only what the service needs:

We never collect your Social Security number, your bank or brokerage login, or your money. We have no access to your funds or your brokerage account.

2. How we use your information

We use your information only to provide the service (compute and display your signals, alerts, and performance), send the alerts and communications you've enabled, operate/secure/support/improve the service, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a registered investment adviser.

3. What we do NOT do

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for marketing. We never see or store your brokerage password — any future broker connection is made through a read-only third-party aggregator; your credentials go to the aggregator, never to us, and the connection can read holdings but cannot trade. Your data is never shown to other users, and there is no browsable user directory.

4. When we share information

We share your information only with service providers who run the service on our behalf — authentication, hosting, network/DNS and email routing, payment processing, our licensed market-data provider, and (if you opt in) a read-only broker aggregator — each processing data only to perform its function; as required by law; and to protect the rights, safety, and security of Aristogy, our clients, or the public.

5. How we protect your information

Each account's data is isolated from every other account. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and protected at rest, behind access controls and audit logging, under a written information-security program maintained under Regulation S-P. Honest limit: because our servers must compute on your data to generate your signals, this is not a zero-knowledge system — we restrict access to what's needed to provide the service.

6. Data-breach notification

If a security incident affecting your sensitive personal information occurs, we will investigate and notify you and any required authorities as the law requires.

7. Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. As a registered investment adviser, certain advisory, marketing, and communication records must be retained for at least five years under the SEC books-and-records rule. This means some records are archived rather than deleted even after you ask us to delete data or close your account; we dispose of them securely after the retention period.

8. Your choices and rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete your account data, and you may close your account, subject to the recordkeeping obligations above. You can turn alerts on or off per device at any time. To make a request, contact support@aristogy.com.

9. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice; the "last updated" date will change, and we will provide the updated notice (or notice of material changes) as required.
