Aristogy is software that applies a backtested, rule-based algorithm to securities you select and produces buy / sell / hold signals, calibrated levels, and performance analytics. During this beta, Aristogy is not yet a registered investment adviser and charges no fee. Aristogy intends to register as an investment adviser before charging for the service.
Aristogy does not select securities for you. You supply every ticker. The algorithm advises only on the securities and strategy you choose.
Aristogy does not and cannot place, route, modify, or cancel any order. Any broker connection is read-only. You execute every trade yourself, at your own brokerage, and you are solely responsible for every decision and order.
Past performance and hypothetical or backtested results are calculated from historical closing values and do not guarantee or predict future results. The algorithm cannot foresee unexpected future events. Investing involves risk, including the loss of principal. You trade at your own risk and must exercise your own judgment.
You must be of legal age and provide accurate account information. You may not misuse, reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aristogy and its operators are not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated through the service. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
